Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday), excluding national holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–11 business days, depending on your location. Please note that festivals, strikes, or natural events may cause occasional delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹70 additional fee

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email. You can also view the tracking status anytime by logging into your DIRA Fashion account under “My Orders”.

Gift Wrapping

Want to surprise someone? We offer gift wrapping for an additional ₹50. Just select the gift wrap option at checkout.
