Q: What material is your jewelry made of?
A: As of now, all our jewelry is crafted from 18k gold-plated stainless steel. We may introduce other materials in the future.

Q: Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
A: Yes, our pieces are safe for sensitive skin and are hypoallergenic.

Q: Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
A: Our jewelry is waterproof and anti-tarnish. However, exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture may cause damage over time.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Avoid contact with chemicals like perfumes and lotions. Use the cleaning cloth provided to gently wipe the jewelry after use and store it in the box it came in.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: No, we currently do not offer any product warranty.

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns more easily.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available at an additional charge of ₹70.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Post that, cancellation is not allowed.

A: Shipping is free for prepaid orders. COD orders will have an additional ₹70 charge.
