Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a return and replacement or full refund.
  • Wrong Order Processed: If we send you an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Important: We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect orders—such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product—due to hygiene concerns. Please check the size details in the description and ensure your selection is final before placing your order

How to Return

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@dirafashion.com or via WhatsApp at +91-7012884514. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item and send you a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  3. Return Shipping: You will be asked to return the item to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival.

Please Note: Return shipping for defective or wrong items will be covered by us. Shipping costs for returns due to other reasons are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Note: Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrect items. No refunds will be provided for returns based on reasons other than defects or wrong orders.

No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
